More Baby Columbian Black & White Tegu Pics

Today, when I got home from work he got to soak in the tub for a while and he loved it. I got to watch him swim all over the place. The water was shallow enough for him to touch bottom but he kept pulling his legs up to swim. Here are some more pics of him chilling in my hand before I fed him and put him back in his cage. He seems like he is starting to get use to me.

Thanks Dave. I finally decided on a name today. My wife and I named it Marley, that way the name will work whether it is male or female.

Thats always a popular way to name tegus lol. Hopefully he isnt like his namesake from the movie.

I was not aware that Marley is a popular name for tegus. You learn something new everyday. My wife is the one that really liked the name. I may have to think of something more original.

I didnt mean that they always use the name marley, I meant alot of people use gender neutral names since they are so hard to sex as babies.
